Colon Cleansing &
Cancer Information
Thoughts
When I talk to people about beating cancer without
medications and chemotherapy I must mention what I think is
the most important step--colon cleansing. I always get
the same response; "uugh", "yuk", "ewww
that's gross" or "I couldn't do that."
What they are saying is they would rather put nasty chemicals
in their body with chemotherapy than have a few unpleasant
moments with an enema bag. Translated, that means they
put their health and life in the trust of a doctor. I
personally believe this is the biggest mistake many people
make with their health.
Soap Box
Let me get something off my chest before we continue.
Many hold the thought that a doctor is in charge of your
health. While this is partially true, it is by no means
the truth. YOU are in charge of your health. A doctor can be part of your team, a nutritionist another, herbalist another, iridologist another, and so on. A
doctor is trained in the diagnosis and prescription of MEDICATIONS. That's why he is called
a medical doctor. Simply put, a doctor has spent
most of his training learning three things:
- How to ask the right questions to find out exactly what symptoms you have.
- How those symptoms might be related to an illness.
- How to write the proper prescription for a possible
medication to help change those symptoms.
The doctor has a list of medications that may change those
symptoms. It is a prioritized list and he simply
prescribes the one that has helped most people or is the most
common. If that doesn't work, he prescribes medication
number 2 and so on until one of those changes the
symptom. I know this because I have had candid talks
with medical professionals who admit that many times they
don't know what will work so they keep trying until one of the
medications mitigates the symptom. Sad to say that they
often don't probe with questions about lifestyle, eating
habits, bowel movements, and so on that are indications of
your health. And RARELY do they ever ask about vitamins,
herbs, natural foods, or other non-medical issues even though
the definition of a doctor is "one skilled or
specializing in healing arts." If this definition
were true, doctors would study nutrition as well as medicine.
But then that would be preventative medicine instead
of healing medicine (assuming your health is already
bad) wouldn't it?
My point is this: To put your health in the hand of a
doctor is ludicrous. Many people have died because they
only listened to their doctors. Can you guess what the
third leading cause of death is behind heart disease and
cancer? According to the
Journal
of the American Medical Association--DOCTORS!!!!

Best in the World," Journal of the American Medical
Association, Volume 284 (July 26, 2000): 483-485.

I'm not saying that all
doctors are bad. And when you need a doctor, you need a
doctor. I wouldn't hesitate to go to a doctor when I
need stitches, break a bone, have the flu or even if I got
cancer. But I will never put my complete care in the
hands of a doctor when there is so much out there I can do for
myself to build my immune system.
Detoxify
OK, let's get back to colon cleansing. No matter what
the doctor tells you THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU
CAN DO FOR YOUR HEALTH!!!! The colon is linked to
every other organ in the body in some way. It is
paramount that we detoxify if we are to to be at our utmost
health level. Then maintaining colon health will help
build your immune system.
We don't realize that everything we eat doesn't necessarily
get digested and the bad stuff doesn't always get
eliminated. For example, drinking milk creates mucus in
the body. Cancer thrives on mucus. If the mucus
doesn't break up and get eliminated properly, it begins to
harden on the colon walls. This is where the toxins sit
and get released on a regular basis. We need to be able
to eliminate the toxins and mucus in some way. This is
where an enema or colonic
(see 2,noun definition) comes in. An enema is where you
take a hot water bottle filled with a liquid and let gravity
take over to fill your colon with the liquid. The liquid
helps wash away anything that is attached to the colon
walls. There is more to it than just the enema but it is
a gentle procedure.
A colonic or colema, on the other hand, is usually
administered by a professional. It is a system whereby
water is circulated through your colon rather than sit there
as an enema does. It is much more thorough. They
usually cost around $50 for each session and it is recommended
for patients with illnesses to have at least a series of
three. I have talked to people who swear by colonics and
get them on a regular basis. They claim the colonics
make them feel healthy and vibrant.
Either way, it is important to wash away anything clinging
to your colon walls. However, remember that when you do
this, you are releasing some toxins into your system at the
same time as expelling them from your body. The toxins
can have various reactions when getting released all at
once. Therefore, a person can become irritable or edgy
when going through a colon cleanse or experience pre-menstrual
type conditions (sorry guys, this is the best way I could
describe it). I haven't experienced this myself and have
talked to others who have not experienced it. The
warning is there for those who heed it.
Symptoms of a clogged colon
Here are some symptoms that indicate you need a colon
cleanse:
Anemia - Arthritis - Bad Breath - Body Odor - Blood
Pressure - Brittle Hair/Nails - Circles under Eyes - Cold
Feet/Hands - Constipation - Cravings for Food - Depression -
Diabetes - Eczema -Fatigue - Fibroid Tumors - Gas - Gout -
Headaches -Hemorrhoids - Indifference - Insomnia
Jaundice - Joint Pain - Low Energy - Lupus - Menstrual Pain -
Nausea - Nervousness - Obesity/Weight - Parasites - Poor
Memory - Prostate - Pot Belly - Rash - Seizures - Skin
Problems - Stress - Tapeworms - Thrush - Thyroid Problems -
Tonsillitis - Ulcers - Vaginitis Varicose Veins - Viruses -
Warts - Yeast - Zinc Deficiency.
I have personally seen several of these symptoms disappear
after the 7 day colon cleanse. Obviously, weight will
always be lowered because you don't eat for a week. But
I've also seen my energy pick up (after breaking the fast),
the headaches disappear, my skin clears up, joint pain goes
away, and cravings for food cease. My mind/memory
improve and I seem to think much clearer.

For your eyes only
In addition, there is a practice known as iridology where a trained specialist can
look at your eyes and tell you the health problems you
have. I was skeptical about this at first but then I
started reading and studying my own eyes. After my wife
and I did our first colon cleanse, we noticed that the brown
spots in our eyes began disappearing, a little at first then
completely after several cleanses. Brown spots indicate
problems with the colon. Go ahead and look in the
mirror. Do you see brown spots in the color part (iris)
of your eye? The ring around the pupil also indicates
many ailments. It should be circular and not distorted
in any way.
A friend of ours had cancer and went to an
iridologist. She said nothing about it on the phone when
making the appointment and nothing to the specialist when she
began her appointment. The iridologist looked at her
eyes and immediately asked if she had been through cancer
recently. Then she proceeded to tell her all kinds of
different problems that our friend was having with her
health. She also asked about specific medications and
treatments, and again, was correct in identifying what my
friend had been through.
These experiences and the number of books out there on the
subject lead me to believe there is something to it. The
most convincing, of course, is that the brown spots in my eyes
have never returned since I do colon cleanses every year.
How do you do it?
Basically, colon cleansing involves fasting from food for
one week, drinking cleansing drinks, and flushing out
everything through colon irrigation. A complete step by step
process can be found here.
