Recommendations Given To
Me By Various Experts
Here are the recommendations given to me by my nutritionist
- Drink 1 gallon of purified water every day.
- Juice 24 ounces of vegetables in a juicer each
day. Be sure the vegetables are organic or you end
up with concentrated pesticides. The best vegetables
are carrots and green leafy vegetables like spinach,
parsley, kale, beet top and any other vegetables or
sprouts. Mixing fruits and vegetables cancel each
other's effectiveness so don't mix fruit in with vegetable
juices and vice versa. The exception to the rule is
an apple, which is neutral. If you want to drink
both types of drinks wait at least 2 hours in between.
- Drink 3 cups daily of Pau D' Arco tea. You can
drink it cold or warm. Use 4 cups of boiling water
to 1 tablespoon of tea. Steep for 20 minutes or
longer. Pau D' Arco tea is made from tree bark and
has been known to fight cancer cells. Another name
for it is La Pacho.
- Drink Jason Winters' tea and 6 of his capsules also (Tribalene).
Jason Winters tea is sometimes hard to find. Take 6
red clover capsules if you can't find Jason Winters
tea. (Note: Jason Winters has an amazing story
of beating cancer himself. I highly recommend his
book "Killing Cancer).
- Exercise at least 3 times per week.
- Limit certain foods from your diet. (Click Here for diet limitations)
- Listen to stress relieving cassettes or CDs and practice
relaxation methods. Books I have read indicate there
is usually a high period of stress right before cancer
develops. Cancer experts agree that the mind plays a
MAJOR role in treating cancer.
- Take food supplements to help build the immune
system. Be sure the food supplements are from a
reputable source and are of good quality (find out how
many clinical tests they have initiated and what 3rd party
sources say about a particular company). I
personally use
Shaklee
for many reasons, the least of which is that they are the
largest nutrition research company in the world.
Here is what was recommended:
* Start with 1 Formula I and increase to 2 in two weeks.
** Fiber Blend helps reduce mucus which cancer thrives on.
Note: Shaklee now puts Beta Carotene into a formula with
other components. At the time they sold it by itself.
I also consulted with a medical doctor, Dr. Waters, based
in Atlanta. Dr. Waters was a specialist in cancer
treatment with nutrition. He told me to take 30
Beta Carotene
each day for 15 days and then back off to 15 each day.
Divide evenly between morning, noon, and night.
Apparently, if you attack cancer very strong at first with
beta carotene it is very effective. He related the story
of a woman who had stage 4 cancer and had no more hope
left. She had been tested on machines that found her
body riddled with cancer cells. She began the
Beta Carotene
therapy and went back 5 weeks later to be tested. The
doctors couldn't find cancer in her body so they suspected the
calibration of the test machine was off. They
recalibrated and tested her again. Still no
cancer. One more calibration and one more diagnosis of
no cancer and the doctors finally had to concede that the
cancer was in "remission."
I also met a guy named Rick Hill who had a short time to
live. He ended up going to Mexico for laetrile
treatments. This was banned by the FDA in America.
Through the process he learned a very important lesson and
that is fasting and food choices are very important to
health. He wrote an equation which I won't forget.
It looked like this:
FASTING + FOOD CHOICES = IMMUNITY
Rick Hill fasted at least one day per week. He
continued to exercise but changed his diet to more healthy
foods. The fast lets the body catch up and rid of some
of the toxins in the intestines. I have noticed that if
I feel lethargic or sick, I sometimes fast for an entire day
and the following day I feel 100% better in more ways that
one. |
